I believe every woman wants to be slim and pretty during her wedding. She will exercise regularly and control her diet. And definitely, I also hope to be slim and pretty at my wedding.
I know that stress can somehow make me thinner despite I eat regularly and without exercise. I thought that by taking 3 classes in 9 weeks, I'll be stressed. But I am not. Well maybe it's just the 2nd week of the session. So, there's not so much work to do. But the thing is, I keep eating and eating and snacking... Ohhh noo..... And it's been quite some time that I don't weigh myself. I remember few years ago, I was quite obsessed with my weight that I weighted myself every 1 hour or so...but anyway, I am pretty sure my weight has now increased after my trip to Indo. My thought is...u know... after taking pre-wed pics last march, it's ok now to eat a lot and 'ngemil' because I still have 8 more months until the big day. Nowadays, my constant comfort food is avocado with pearls from sweetheart cafe or tapioca milk tea. plus.. cookies...popcorn chicken..cake...candies....
But i promise myself at least starting july, i'll control my diet, eat healthily, eat more veggies and fruits, start to exercise again, build that muscle :P
